115 Colborne Street West in Oshawa features 75 new purpose-built affordable housing units specifically for seniors (59+) and those with a disability.

 

Design features include energy efficient features, accessibility for persons with disabilities for the entire building including barrier-free units, an abundance of well-planned accessible amenity space for active living, and public transport available close by.

This project is still early in development. Occupancy is targeting March 2027.

Taking applications starting September 2026.
