115 Colborne Street West is located in downtown Oshawa. It is at the corner of Colborne Street West and Kaiser Street, and across the street from Kinsmen Park, the Oshawa Botanical Gardens and Oshawa Creek.   

It consists of a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments over six stories. All apartments have French balconies, meaning they have sliding doors opening to a railing. There is an amenity room and full common area laundry.

There is limited parking but excellent transit. Thirteen parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The building is new, very bright, and energy-efficient. All accessible units are spoken for.
