New View Homes is being constructed with the highest standards in a terrific neighbourhood with views of Lake Ontario. Many features have been incorporated to help promote a healthy lifestyle for our residents, including a large amenity room to access to outdoor greenery and barbecues, a library with computers for tenant use, bicycle and scooter storage, a nurse station and two offices for support service organizations.

One bedroom: $856.80 - $882
Two bedroom: $1009.80 - $1039.50
Rents are set at 80% of the Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation average market rent. Income cannot be more than 4 times the rental rate charged.
Utilities and Parking not included. This is a non-smoking building.

PLEASE NOTE: The following must be included with the application:
1) Proof of status in Canada is required for all household members. This can include one of the following:
A Passport, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Resident Card, Confirmation of Permanent Residence document, formal letter or document from Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) stating Refugee Protection; Verification of Status document proving status as a protected person because of a positive Pre-Removal Risk Assessment.
2) Proof of income. A Notice of Assessment is the easiest way to prove your income.
PLEASE NOTE: Drivers' license and health cards are not valid for proof of status.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have more than $75,000 in assets then you do not qualify.
